The hotel staff are so professional and polite.
It is near the main road, very noisy, the cars and the trens. Very Noisy.

This hotel is conveniently located near several great restaurants in the greater Monterrey metropolitan area, including a nice Italian restaurant, Carlos and Charlies, and a sushi bar. It is also close to the train tracks, which can be a bit noisy. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with free bottled water and plenty of TV stations. The hotel also has a restaurant with good food and adult beverages, and they even have a manager's party on Thursdays. it's a pleasant place to stay for business.
One downside is that the hotel can be a bit noisy, especially in the morning if your room faces the central atrium.

We really liked this hotel overall. The rooms were clean and had wood floors, which was a nice touch. Although the room was a bit cold, we actually prefer it that way. However, the bathroom didn't have AC or a vent, so it got a little hot in there. The rest of the hotel, including the hallways, lobby, eating area, and elevator.
